Shipping Policy

Ground shipping

We know every one hates to pay shipping (we do too!) so for orders of two or more, we offer free ground shipping in the Continental United States. On single orders, we offer a low, flat rate of $5.95 for ground shipping throughout the Continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer standard shipping to international addresses, Alaska or Hawaii. Please call for shipments to these locations.

Please allow up to 2 business days for processing of your order, plus approximately 3-7 days in transit depending on your location. All items are shipped UPS Ground from Bellevue, WA unless otherwise specified. For express delivery, please consult the chart below for APPROXIMATE pricing. Actual pricing will depend on your location and may be less than (but will not be more than) the prices listed below.

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the performance of our products. Any Baby Chaleco product bought from this website may be returned or exchanged for up to 60 days from date of purchase. To return/exchange any item, please send it back to us at:
